1 cup Asparagus spears

1 clove Garlic
PREPARATION
Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillet on a plate and brush half of the lemon-herb mixture over the top and sides.
In a separate bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus spears with the remaining half of the marinade until evenly coated.
Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Add the asparagus to the grill alongside the salmon; flip the salmon carefully and grill everything for another 3 to 4 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and asparagus is charred.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately with an extra squeeze of fresh lemon if desired.
