Mix the ingredients gently by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Shape the turkey mixture into a compact loaf and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
Wrap the turkey bacon slices over the top and sides of the loaf, tucking the ends underneath to secure them.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free BBQ sauce evenly over the top of the bacon-wrapped loaf.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 165°F.
Brush the remaining 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the loaf during the last 5 minutes of baking for a sticky, caramelized finish.
Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
