Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Heat the olive oil in a small oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until just wilted, then remove the skillet from the heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Spread the seasoned yogurt mixture evenly over the wilted spinach in the skillet.
Use the back of a spoon to create three small wells in the yogurt and spinach mixture.
Carefully crack one egg into each of the three wells.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top of the eggs and yogurt.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the egg whites are fully set but the yolks are still soft.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately while warm.
