Air-Fried Fish with Ginger Cabbage Stir-Fry
Flaky air-fried cod fillets served over a vibrant, ginger-infused cabbage stir-fry and fluffy jasmine rice for a crisp and satisfying meal.
INGREDIENTS
8 oz Cod fillet
0.5 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 cup Cooked jasmine rice
2 cups Shredded green cabbage
1 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tsp Fresh ginger
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp Sliced green onions
PREPARATION
Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Place the fish in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
While the fish cooks, heat the avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until it begins to soften but remains slightly crisp.
Stir in the grated ginger and minced garlic, cooking for another 60 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the tamari and toasted sesame oil, tossing the cabbage to coat evenly.
Serve the air-fried fish over a bed of warm jasmine rice and the ginger cabbage stir-fry.
Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
