PREPARATION
Toast the walnut pieces in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and set aside to cool.
Whisk the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder in a small bowl until completely smooth and creamy.
Place half of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of a parfait glass or mason jar.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries and half of the chia seeds.
Top with the remaining yogurt mixture and the rest of the berries.
Finish the parfait with the toasted walnuts and a light drizzle of honey for a satisfying crunch.
