Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until a shaggy dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2-3 minutes until the dough is smooth and no longer sticky.
Divide the dough into four equal pieces and roll each piece into a long rope about 1-inch thick.
Cut the ropes into 1-inch bite-sized pieces using a knife or bench scraper.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then slowly add the baking soda (it will bubble up).
Drop the dough bites into the boiling water in batches, boiling for 30 seconds before removing with a slotted spoon.
Arrange the boiled bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until deeply golden.
While baking, melt the ghee in a small bowl and stir in the finely minced garlic and chopped parsley.
Remove the bites from the oven and immediately toss them in a bowl with the garlic-ghee mixture and the grated parmesan cheese until well coated.
