PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Core and chop the apple into bite-sized pieces and place them in a small oven-safe ramekin or baking dish.
Toss the apple pieces with the water and half of the ground cinnamon.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, remaining cinnamon, maple syrup, coconut oil, walnuts, and sea salt.
