17 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
100 grams Mixed Berries
15 grams Slivered Almonds
5 grams Chia Seeds
PREPARATION
Lightly toast the slivered almonds in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant.
Whisk the Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl until completely smooth.
Place half of the yogurt mixture into a serving glass or mason jar.
Add a layer of mixed berries and half of the slivered almonds.
