PREPARATION
Boil chickpea pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and finely chop.
In a skillet, cook ground turkey until browned and crumbled, then drain any excess moisture.
In a bowl, combine chopped pasta, turkey, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
Scoop the mixture and roll into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
