12g Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
Place the slivered almonds in a small dry skillet over medium heat.
Toast the almonds for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are fragrant and golden brown.
Wash the mixed berries and gently pat them dry, slicing any larger strawberries into smaller pieces.
In a small bowl or parfait glass, spoon in half of the non-fat Greek yogurt.
Add a layer using half of the fresh berries.
