6 oz Salmon fillet
1 tbsp White miso paste
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Tamari
1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
0.5 tsp Fresh ginger
1 clove Garlic
1 cup Asparagus
1 tsp Avocado oil
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, honey, tamari, toasted sesame oil, grated fresh ginger, and minced garlic until the glaze is smooth.
Place the salmon fillet on one side of the prepared baking sheet and brush the miso glaze generously over the top and sides.
On the other side of the baking sheet, toss the trimmed asparagus with avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Roast in the center of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the asparagus is tender and lightly charred.
Transfer to a plate and serve immediately, spooning any extra glaze from the pan over the salmon.
