1 cup Mixed Berries

PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel, slicing any large strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to create the base layer.
Add a layer of half of the mixed berries over the yogurt.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture and then the rest of the berries.
Sprinkle the slivered almonds over the top of the parfait to add a satisfying toasted crunch.
