INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons Almond Butter
1.5 cups Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Hemp Hearts
1 teaspoon Honey
PREPARATION
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a glass jar or breakfast bowl, spoon in half of the Greek yogurt to create the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Add the remaining Greek yogurt and top with the rest of the berries.
Drizzle the almond butter and honey over the top of the parfait.
Finish by sprinkling the hemp hearts over the top for a nutty crunch.
