1 cup Asparagus spears

1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Dried oregano

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim the tough, woody ends off the asparagus spears and place them on one half of the prepared baking sheet.
Place the salmon fillet on the other half of the baking sheet, skin-side down.
In a small glass bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, dried oregano, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Brush half of the herb oil mixture over the top of the salmon fillet to coat it completely.
Drizzle the remaining herb oil over the asparagus and toss the spears gently to ensure they are evenly coated.
Roast in the center of the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
