YOUR SOLIN GENERATED RECIPE
Sautéed grass-fed beef glazed in a savory-sweet ginger sauce, served over fluffy rice with crisp vegetables and a silky soft-boiled egg.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz 93% lean ground beef
0.5 cup cooked jasmine rice
1 large egg
1 tbsp coconut aminos
0.25 tsp toasted sesame oil
0.5 tsp raw honey
1 clove garlic
0.5 tsp fresh ginger
1 cup baby spinach
0.25 cup shredded carrots
0.25 cup sliced cucumber
0.25 tsp sesame seeds
0.25 tsp sea salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
PREPARATION
Bring a small pot of water to a boil and cook the egg for 6 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with sea salt and black pepper until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the beef, sautéing for 1 minute until the aromatics are fragrant.
Stir in the coconut aminos, raw honey, and toasted sesame oil, allowing the sauce to bubble and glaze the meat for 2 minutes.
Push the beef to one side of the pan and add the baby spinach, cooking for 30 seconds until just wilted.
Place the cooked jasmine rice in a bowl and top with the glazed beef, wilted spinach, shredded carrots, and sliced cucumber.
Peel and halve the soft-boiled egg, place it on top, and garnish the entire bowl with sesame seeds.
