400g Cauliflower florets

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, almond flour, half of the minced garlic, and the fresh parsley.
Roll the mixture into small meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs for 15-18 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned.
While meatballs bake, steam the cauliflower florets until they are very tender.
Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a blender or food processor, add the ghee and the remaining garlic, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Steam the broccoli florets for 4-5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
