Add the steak and broccoli to the air fryer basket with the sweet potatoes.
Air fry the entire mixture for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
Transfer the hot steak and vegetables to a serving bowl and toss with the ghee until melted and well-coated for a rich, savory finish.
