1 head cauliflower
1 head garlic
0.25 tbsp ghee
0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
0.5 tsp sea salt
0.25 tsp black pepper

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut the top off the garlic head to expose the cloves, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35 minutes until soft.
