0.25 cup Red onion (40g)
0.25 cup Celery (25g)

1 tsp Garlic powder (3g)
1 tbsp Lemon juice (15g)
0.25 tsp Sea salt (1.5g)
0.25 tsp Black pepper (0.5g)

PREPARATION
Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel.
In a medium bowl, toss the chicken and shrimp with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken to the skillet and sauté for 4 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
Add the shrimp, bell peppers, onion, and celery to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp are pink and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving to brighten the bold flavors.
