Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears and cut them into 1-inch pieces.
Place the asparagus in a small oven-safe baking dish, drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil, and sprinkle with a pinch of the sea salt and black pepper.
Roast the asparagus in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes until it is slightly tender and bright green.
While the asparagus roasts, whisk together the whole eggs, liquid egg whites, garlic powder, and the remaining sea salt and black pepper in a medium bowl until well combined.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the egg mixture directly over the roasted asparagus.
Crumble the feta cheese evenly over the top of the egg mixture.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 12 to 15 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top is lightly golden.
Let the dish cool for 2 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
