PREPARATION
Drain the silken tofu and gently pat it dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Place the tofu, vegan protein powder, peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Process on high until the mixture is completely smooth and aerated, scraping down the sides as needed.
Gradually add the almond milk if the mixture is too thick to blend properly until a mousse-like consistency is achieved.
