Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Peel and dice the sweet potato into half-inch cubes and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, tamari, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Place the chicken and sweet potatoes on the sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with sea salt and black pepper.
Pour half of the honey-garlic sauce over the chicken and potatoes, tossing to coat everything evenly.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the pan, add the broccoli florets, and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
Return to the oven and roast for another 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
