INGREDIENTS
250g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
15g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
150g Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Hemp Hearts
PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Add the vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and whisk vigorously until the mixture is completely smooth and no clumps remain.
Rinse the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a tall glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the protein-yogurt mixture to form the base layer.
Add a layer of half the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Finish the parfait by sprinkling the hemp hearts over the top for added texture and healthy fats.
Serve immediately while chilled.
