PREPARATION
Brush one side of each sourdough slice lightly with the extra virgin olive oil.
Place one slice of bread, oiled-side down, on a clean work surface or directly into a cold non-stick skillet.
Layer the prosciutto evenly across the bread, followed by the slices of fresh mozzarella.
Place the tomato slices over the cheese and season them with the sea salt and black pepper.
