INGREDIENTS
110g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
1/2 cup Sliced Strawberries
1.5 tablespoons Sliced Almonds
1 tablespoon Honey
PREPARATION
Rinse the blueberries and strawberries under cold water and pat dry.
Slice the strawberries into thin, even rounds.
Place half of the Greek yogurt into the bottom of a small glass or bowl.
Add a layer using all of the blueberries and half of the sliced strawberries.
Spoon the remaining Greek yogurt over the fruit layer and smooth the top.
Arrange the rest of the strawberries on top and sprinkle with the sliced almonds.
Drizzle the honey over the parfait just before serving.
