PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small oven-safe ramekin or individual baking dish with coconut oil.
Combine the rolled oats, banana protein powder, liquid egg whites, half a banana, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla, and sea salt in a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and resembles a thin cake batter.
Stir in half of the dark chocolate chips by hand using a spoon.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
Bake for 22-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
