INGREDIENTS
3 oz Sirloin steak
4 oz Large shrimp
1 tbsp Ghee
3 cloves Garlic
2 cups Zucchini noodles
1 tbsp Lemon juice
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Fresh parsley
0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
PREPARATION
Pat the sirloin steak and shrimp dry with paper towels then season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add half of the ghee.
Add the steak strips to the hot skillet and sear for 2 to 3 minutes until browned and cooked to your preference then remove from the pan and set aside.
Add the remaining ghee and the shrimp to the same skillet cooking for 1 to 2 minutes per side until opaque and pink then remove and set aside with the steak.
Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the pan drippings sautéing for 30 seconds until highly fragrant.
Toss the zucchini noodles and lemon juice into the skillet cooking for 2 minutes until the noodles are just tender but still have a slight bite.
Return the steak and shrimp to the pan and toss everything together with fresh chopped parsley before serving immediately.
