6 oz Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
3/4 cup Mixed Berries
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1.5 tbsp Slivered Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the texture is completely smooth and well combined.
In a tall glass or mason jar, layer half of the protein-infused yogurt at the bottom.
Add half of the fresh mixed berries and half of the chia seeds on top of the yogurt layer.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture as the next layer, followed by the rest of the berries and chia seeds.
Finish the parfait by sprinkling the slivered almonds on top for a satisfying toasted crunch.
