Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a medium skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
Season the beef with the garlic powder, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper.
Stir the fresh baby spinach into the beef until it is just wilted.
Spread two tablespoons of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a small oven-safe baking dish.
Place one lasagna noodle sheet over the sauce, trimming to fit the dish if necessary.
Layer half of the beef and spinach mixture over the noodle.
Dollop half of the ricotta cheese over the beef and spread another layer of marinara sauce.
Repeat the layers with the remaining noodle, beef mixture, ricotta, and marinara.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
Bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
Garnish with the fresh basil before serving.
