PREPARATION
In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, turmeric, half the garam masala, and cumin.
Add the cubed chicken breast to the yogurt mixture and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden, then remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and translucent.
Stir in the tomato puree and the remaining garam masala, simmering for 5 minutes.
