Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, finely diced yellow onion, minced garlic, almond flour, egg, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
Gently mix the ingredients by hand until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat which can make it tough.
Shape the mixture into a compact rectangular loaf and place it onto the prepared baking sheet.
Wrap the bacon slices over the top and sides of the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath the loaf.
Brush 1 tablespoon of the sugar-free BBQ sauce evenly over the bacon-wrapped loaf.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Brush the remaining 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce over the top and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the glaze is bubbling.
Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing to ensure it stays juicy.
