250g Cauliflower Florets
125g Fresh Green Beans
1 tsp Ghee
1 clove Garlic

PREPARATION
Place the cauliflower florets in a steamer basket over boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes until very tender.
During the last 5 minutes of the cauliflower steaming, add the green beans to the steamer basket to cook until bright green and tender-crisp.
In a small bowl, mash the steamed cauliflower with half of the ghee, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the remaining ghee.
Season the beef strips with salt and pepper, then sear in the hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Plate the garlic-mashed cauliflower, top with the seared beef strips, and serve the steamed green beans on the side.
