10 grams Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.75 cup Mixed Berries
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and the vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and no clumps remain.
If using frozen berries, thaw them slightly; if using fresh, wash and pat them dry, slicing any large strawberries into smaller pieces.
In a glass or mason jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process by adding the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Drizzle the almond butter over the top of the parfait, warming it for 10 seconds in the microwave first if it is too thick to pour.
