PREPARATION
Preheat a cast-iron skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Brush one side of each sprouted bread slice with olive oil.
On the non-oiled side of one slice, layer the cooked chicken breast, fresh mozzarella, tomato slices, and basil leaves.
