PREPARATION
Place half of the cottage cheese into the bottom of a glass or small bowl.
Layer half of the mixed berries over the cottage cheese and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
Add the remaining cottage cheese as the next layer, followed by the rest of the berries.
Top the parfait with hemp hearts and slivered almonds for a nutty, toasted finish.
