Fold the cooked turkey, chopped spinach, and green onion into the egg mixture until well combined.
Distribute the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin and bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the centers are firm to the touch.
Allow the bites to cool in the tin for several minutes before carefully removing them with a spatula.
