PREPARATION
Slice the Italian sub roll in half lengthwise.
Layer the turkey breast, uncured ham, salami, and provolone cheese onto the bottom half of the roll.
Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat and lightly mist with oil.
Place the bottom half of the sandwich and the top half of the roll (cut-side down) into the pan.
