INGREDIENTS
250g Non-fat Greek Yogurt
14g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
100g Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Almond Butter
PREPARATION
Place the non-fat Greek yogurt in a small mixing bowl.
Stir in the vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
Wash and pat dry the mixed berries if using fresh, or thaw slightly if using frozen.
In a glass or bowl, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture followed by half of the berries.
Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt and berries.
Drizzle the almond butter over the top for a decadent finish.
