Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and cut into 2-inch pieces.
Place the asparagus and ground turkey on the baking sheet, then drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over the mixture.
Toss everything together with a spatula, breaking the ground turkey into small crumbles.
Roast for 12 minutes until the turkey is lightly browned and the asparagus is tender.
Remove the pan from the oven and use a spoon to create three small wells in the turkey and asparagus mixture.
Carefully crack one egg into each well.
Return the pan to the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the egg whites are fully set but the yolks are still jammy.
Garnish with fresh chopped chives and serve immediately while hot.
