INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
0.5 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
0.75 cup Mixed Berries
2 tablespoons Sliced Almonds
PREPARATION
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Wash the mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel, slicing any large strawberries into smaller pieces.
In a serving glass or mason jar, spoon in half of the yogurt protein mixture to form the base layer.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Add the remaining yogurt mixture followed by the rest of the berries.
Finish the parfait by sprinkling the sliced almonds on top for a satisfyingly toasted crunch.
