0.5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon zest

1 clove Garlic
PREPARATION
Preheat your grill or a heavy grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried oregano, sea salt, black pepper, and one minced clove of garlic.
Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears and place them on a large tray next to the salmon fillet.
Brush the lemon-herb marinade generously over both sides of the salmon and all over the asparagus spears.
Place the salmon on the hot grill, skin-side down, and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes.
Arrange the asparagus spears on the grill next to the salmon.
Carefully flip the salmon and continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes until the fish is opaque and the asparagus is tender with light char marks.
Remove from the grill and let the salmon rest for 2 minutes before serving.
