2 cups Cauliflower florets
1 cup Green beans
2 tbsp Non-fat Greek yogurt

PREPARATION
Steam the cauliflower florets in a steamer basket over boiling water for 10 minutes.
Add the green beans to the steamer basket and continue cooking for 5 more minutes until tender.
Season the salmon with salt and pepper then sear in a hot skillet with olive oil for 4 minutes per side.
Blend the steamed cauliflower with garlic and Greek yogurt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve the seared salmon on top of the cauliflower mash with the green beans on the side.
