PREPARATION
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spiral pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
While the pasta cooks, remove the casings from the beef sausages and crumble the meat into a large skillet over medium-high heat with the olive oil.
Brown the sausage crumbles until fully cooked, then add the minced garlic and tomato paste, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
