PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a standard ramekin with a small amount of coconut oil.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
Stir in the egg whites, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and almond milk until a smooth, thick batter forms.
Pour two-thirds of the batter into the prepared ramekin.
Place the dark chocolate square in the center and cover with the remaining batter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is set but the center still jiggles slightly when shaken.
Let cool for 2 minutes before carefully inverting onto a plate or eating directly from the ramekin.
