PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound to an even thickness of about half an inch.
In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg. In a second shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, dried oregano, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
Dip the chicken into the egg wash, letting any excess drip off, then press firmly into the almond flour mixture to coat both sides.
