INGREDIENTS
6 oz Pork loin
1 tbsp Gochujang
1 tbsp Tamari
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Fresh ginger
1 cup Green cabbage
1 cup Broccoli florets
0.5 cup Shelled edamame
2 whole Green onions
0.5 tsp Sesame seeds
0.25 tsp Sea salt
0.25 tsp Black pepper
PREPARATION
Whisk gochujang, tamari, and grated ginger in a small bowl to create the stir-fry sauce.
Slice the pork loin into very thin strips, seasoning lightly with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add the pork strips in a single layer and sear until golden brown and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add minced garlic, cabbage, broccoli, and edamame, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return the pork to the pan and pour the gochujang sauce over the mixture, tossing constantly to coat every piece.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving hot.
