0.5 cup 2% Cottage Cheese
0.5 cup Fresh Blueberries
0.25 cup Low-Sugar Granola
1 teaspoon Hemp Hearts
1 teaspoon Raw Honey
PREPARATION
Rinse the blueberries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Place half of the cottage cheese into the bottom of a small glass or bowl.
Layer half of the blueberries and half of the granola over the cottage cheese.
Add the remaining cottage cheese, followed by the rest of the berries and granola.
Drizzle the raw honey over the top and finish with a sprinkle of hemp hearts for a nutty crunch.
