PREPARATION
Heat one teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced red bell pepper and turkey sausage crumbles, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until the peppers are tender.
Stir in the fresh baby spinach and cook just until wilted, then remove the mixture from the pan and set aside.
