0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
Season the fish and shrimp with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the fish in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and opaque, then remove and set aside.
Add the shrimp to the same skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and firm, then remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium and add the ghee, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes, sautéing until the garlic is fragrant.
Toss in the cherry tomatoes and zucchini noodles, sautéing for 2 minutes until the noodles are just tender.
Return the fish and shrimp to the skillet, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
