INGREDIENTS
1 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
5g Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate
1 cup Mixed Berries
15g Sliced Almonds
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Honey
PREPARATION
In a small bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder until completely smooth.
Stir in the chia seeds and let the mixture sit for two minutes to allow the seeds to slightly hydrate.
In a tall glass or mason jar, layer half of the protein-yogurt mixture at the bottom.
Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.
Repeat the process with the remaining yogurt and the rest of the berries.
